LOCATION
The workshop weekend will take place at Zentrum am Altstadtbahnhof (formerly Alter Karlstorbahnhof), Am Karlstor 1, 69117 Heidelberg.
ABOUT THE ARTISTS
Felipe began his dance journey in 2008 at the renowned Jaime Aroxa Dance School, where he trained in a variety of partner dances, including Samba de Gafieira, Salsa, Tango, Bolero, Forró, and Brazilian Zouk.
After completing the school’s teacher training program, he chose to dedicate himself exclusively to Brazilian Zouk, joining the Zouk Needs You team and further developing his skills under the guidance of renowned master Val Clemente.
In 2016, Felipe began his international teaching career, sharing his passion for Brazilian Zouk through workshops and festivals across Europe, Russia, and Asia.
In 2019, Felipe moved to Amsterdam and began his dance partnership with Bruna Sousa. Since then, they have been teaching and dancing together at international events, sharing their vision of Brazilian Zouk and Lambada with dancers around the world while also contributing to the growth of the Amsterdam dance community.
Bruna is a Brazilian Zouk teacher and dancer based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Since discovering Brazilian Zouk in 2011, she has dedicated herself to teaching, dancing, and supporting the growth of the community.
For six years, Bruna was one of the main organizers of the Amsterdam Zouk Congress, playing an important role in the development of the Brazilian Zouk scene in the Netherlands. She has taught and performed at international festivals across Europe, the USA, and Asia.
In 2019, Bruna began her dance partnership with Felipe. Since then, they have been teaching and dancing together at events around the world, sharing their own vision of Brazilian Zouk.
Tickets
Please note that members of the club Zouk Rhein-Main-Neckar e.V. have the possibility to register for the event before the official registration opens. There is a limited amount of tickets available, which are going to be equally divided by roles.
