FAQ for ticket purchase

Can association members book tickets at a discounted rate?
Yes, members of Zouk Rhein-Main-Neckar e.V. can book tickets before external participants and receive the tickets at a significantly lower price! For further information, please refer to the terms and conditions for ticket sales. Information about the association and membership can be found here.

Which payment methods are offered?
You can pay with credit card, Giropy, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.

Why can’t I pay with PayPal?
Compared to other payment methods, PayPal has merchant fees that are twice as high. To offer tickets at the most affordable prices for you, we provide payment methods that incur comparatively lower fees.

What if I can’t use any of the offered payment methods, for example, if I don’t have a credit card and no Girokonto with Giropay?
Contact us in this case at kontakt@zouk-rmn.de, and we will find a solution for you!

The website displays an error message during the ordering process.
Please first open the cart (Warenkorb) in the German site and remove any added tickets. Then navigate to the desired event and retry the ordering process.

Can I buy a ticket for another person?
Yes, when selecting the ticket, provide the name and email address of the person who will use the ticket. During the checkout process, you can identify yourself as the purchaser and use your payment methods.

Who receives the email when I buy tickets for others or multiple people?
You need to provide the name and email address of each ticket holder for every ticket. If you purchase tickets for multiple people in one order, you, as the purchaser, will receive an email containing all the tickets. The other individuals will each receive an email with their own tickets sent to the email addresses provided during ticket creation.

At the checkout, more tickets are displayed than I want to buy, and the price is higher than expected.
Previous visits to the website may have left incomplete orders in the shopping cart. In case of an aborted or failed order, the tickets are not automatically removed from the shopping cart. Please click on the cart and remove the undesired tickets before proceeding to the checkout.

Why is the ticket sales only available on the German site?
The ticket sales are only available on the German site because, from a technical standpoint, the German and English pages are considered separate. Our ticket system cannot synchronize the ticket quota between tickets created on different pages. This means that if a ticket is purchased on the English page, the available quota on the German page would not decrease. Due to the limited number of participants, we rely on the accurate calculation of the remaining quota. Therefore, we have decided to sell tickets only on the German site. Nevertheless, essential information is still available in English.

What happens if I don’t receive an email?
Please first check if you have actually completed the order and if money has been charged to your credit card (or bank account). Check your spam filter and ensure that the email address tickets@zouk-rmn.de is whitelisted in your email program. If you still can’t find the email, please contact us at tickets@zouk-rmn.de and provide the following information: first and last name, email address, and when you purchased the tickets. We will get back to you promptly!

The ticket email does not contain a QR code.
Please enable the option “Display external graphics” or “Show images” in your email program to view the QR codes.

I cannot attend. Can I cancel or transfer tickets?
